I know there is supposed to be caresheets on here somewhere but I couldn't find one. I'm curious as to what is really ok for a russian tortoise to eat. I started giving him all kinds of stuff corn, tomatoes, zucchini, romaine etc. That's the diet a nearby nature center told me. But I keep hearing different opinions on the matter. I've heard no corn or tomatoes the sugar is too much. Ive heard nothing with seeds. My toroise now has the most boring diet ever. I still give him a tomato or two cuz the calcium sticks to it so well. Does anyone know what is really ok for them to eat?

That site was very helpful in giving me a list of other things to feed him so he has more variety. Thank you. It didn't say anything about the tomato or corn but I did see it said no fruit because the sugar is too much so I'll just assume what I heard about corn and tomato to be true.  Smiley
