The Perfect Setup?

What kind of setup do I need for my eastern box turtle yearling? I already have a 20 Gal. box,
But do I need any special kind of heater, light, water pool, plants, soil or anything? Right now, I just have plain potting soil, a small maple tree(not permanent), a few weeds, a section of sand, a pile of rocks, and a 4" by 6" blue pool of water. He is right by a window, and gets at least 8 hours of sun. Is this setup fine? Is they're anything I need to add? Or do I need to trash the whole setup?

Update: Yes, I forgot to mention that he is about 2" long. And I also forgot to mention the fact that i do have a UV light.

the setup sounds pretty good to me.  I always prefer natural enclosures, and it sounds like youve aced that part.  most eastern box turtles are comfortable in a moist woodland setup.  I like the different terrains and the tree in the enclosure.  You didnt mention the size of your turtle but just make sure it has plenty of room to move around. other than that your enclosure sounds good to me.  You may want to get a basking lamp or something just in case it doesnt get enought heat. it probably gets sufficient uv rays from the sun, but it is a matter of wether or not enough heat is being brought into its enclosure. thats the only thing i can think of really. anybody else?
