I have a Big Salt water tank, and the person that comes once a month cleans it out and such. And i showed him my turtles and he said that one of them has a eye infection, does anyone recommend anything to cure him?

Sometimes they can scratch them. Sometimes they can have a vitamin deficiency. They have drops for

TURTLE EYE DROPS

A liquid cleaning agent to treat turtle eye problems. Sometimes a turtles eyes may become inflamed from the dirt, debris, and germs in their water. TURTLE EYE DROPS help relieve this problem.

 Repti Turtle Eye Drops
This product opens and cleans inflamed eyes. It can be used as a preventative for eye diseases caused by vitamin A deficiency. This is especially helpful with box turtle eye problems.

Sometimes that won't work and you will need a vet. How often do you change your water? Do you add a dechlorinator? You don't have it in a salt water tank right? What type of filter do you have? Tank size?

It sort of looks like a fungus but the pictures are a bit blurry so I can't say with 100 percent certainty. I would also add a filter to your tank even though you clean it. A filter cleans things you can't see Smiley

Check this and see if any of this looks like your turtle

Do you have a heat rock? Can he touch the light? I still would get a filter however.
