They have the same shaped head but a different shaped shell. This species is extinct in the wild because of over poaching in the mid 1800's. It lived on one of the more accessable islands in the Seychelles, unlike the Aldabra atoll which was located in a much more secluded location. Only 12 of these are said to exist in captivity.
